Narrative
TEMPLE HILLS, MD – A two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle killed a man and a woman along the interstate in Temple Hills on Saturday.
The incident happened just before 8 p.m. on the northbound side of I-495 near Branch Avenue, which is in the Woods Corner area.
Police say that a northbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle carrying two people rear-ended a Dodge on the interstate.
Both people on the motorcycle died at the scene of the accident. Authorities identified them as 37-year-old Quintin Barnes and 19-year-old Jasmine Jeffries.
Medics transported the driver and passenger from the Dodge to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
