FREDERICK COUNTY, MD – A 50-year-old woman lost her life after she crashed her SUV into the back of a tractor-trailer’s tire on I-70 after 10 a.m. Thursday. The tractor-trailer driver was unharmed, while the SUV driver — Emily Arnoult of Frederick — was taken to Frederick Health, where she later died.
