ELKTON, MA – A driver of a tractor-trailer, a 55-year-old man, was heading north on I-95 when the semi-truck drifted left and struck the guard rail before overturning Tuesday. The collision took place around 5:30 a.m. The man was identified as Anthony Borden of Tuscumbia. Borden suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
