MOUNT LENA, MD – Fire crews and Maryland State Police were summoned to a vehicle fire on I-70 West near Greenbrier State Park Wednesday afternoon.
This collision was reported before 4 p.m. at mile marker 38. It is not immediately clear if the fire was caused by mechanical issues or by a crash. In addition, authorities have not said if anyone sustained injuries.
