ELKTON, MD – One person died when a Honda driver made a left turn and collided with a truck, leading the truck driver to veer off the road and crash into a tree and the truck to catch fire. This fatal wreck occurred before 10 p.m. Sunday on the 3000 block of Singerly Road. The truck driver was pulled out of the burning truck. However, upon arrival, first responders declared the truck driver (whose name has not been released) dead at the scene. The Honda driver was unharmed.
