CALIFORNIA, MD – Three men were injured in a head-on collision involving three vehicles on the Gov. Thomas Johnson Bridge, reported before 4 p.m. Wednesday. A driver of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee — 59-year-old Dewayne Frederick Bailey from Lexington Park, Maryland — and the motorist of the 2018 Hyundai Sonata — 32-year-old James Wesley Dehart of Lusby — were airlifted to a hospital. The third driver — an unidentified 28-year-old man from Texas (who drove a 2015 Dodge Ram) — refused medical attention at the scene, although it appears he was transported to a hospital.
