NORTH EAST, MD – One driver was injured, and another was killed in a two-vehicle collision on Route 40 near Wells Camp Road around 6 a.m. Sunday. One motorist struck another vehicle while attempting to change lanes. This resulted in both cars colliding before making their way into a grassy median. The driver who succumbed to fatal injuries was identified as 46-year-old Orlando Lee from Baltimore. The other motorist (from Bel Air), whose identity was not released, suffered unspecified wounds. No other vehicles and occupants were involved.
