Narrative
Joseph Myers, 62, died after walking in front of a vehicle on Pulaski Highway and Joppa Road on Jan. 1st. Myers did not utilize a crosswalk and the vehicle had the right of way at a green light. Three people in the vehicle were injured as a result of the crash. The westbound section of the highway was closed for the investigation.
