Narrative
Donovan Smith, 25, died when his motorcycle crashed head-on with a school bus on Brandywine Rd. on Feb. 8th. Around 4:30p.m., Smith’s vehicle lost control and went from driving southbound in the correct lane to crossing over into the northbound and continuing to drive south. The motorcycle hit the bus while driving against traffic. Smith died at the scene although no one else was injured, including three students in the bus.
