Narrative
At 7:20a.m., a vehicle crossed to the opposite side of the road and hit a car head-on, killing one nd injuring two people, on Muncaster Mill Road on Jan. 15. The Honda Civic’s driver, who controlled the counterflow vehicle, died. The two people in the Ford had injuries but are expected to survive. The incident occurred near Sycamore Lane.
